I went here for the first time last week. I was looking for vegan options and they had a really interesting menu. I was looking for a study spot during lunch but they don't have WIFI and it's not meant for studying. It's a little tight and loud. But I would definitely come back with a friend. My meal was very delicious and different. I would love to try more of the menu. Great customer service but a little difficult finding parking during busy lunch hours.

I've been to this fast/casual Korean spot a few times and love their bibimbap! I've had the stone pot version and the salad version and they're both excellent. It comes with so many different veggies but the most unique part is the fried kale which adds a nice crunch to the bibimbap. The stone pot comes screaming hot and gives you the crunch rice at the bottom. The salad version still comes with rice but it's served cold. It's just as good and would be better to eat if you're in a rush since the stone pot one needs time to cool down. They also have very big portions too, I usually have leftovers. Great place! Definitely want to try more things on their menu. They also usually have some seasonal specials that are only available for a limited time which is cool. Recently they had a curry tonkatsu and gabli-jjim (Korean braised short ribs).

The most delicious meal I had in Seattle during our long weekend visit. We can't by for lunch and were fortunate to snag the last high-top table although sitting at the kitchen counter would've been fun too. We got one of the variety platter and one of the seasonal curry - every item was rich in flavorful, but light on the tummy. Healthy can be tasty!

This cute Korean place serves super tasty and gorgeously plated food. If you, like me, eat with your eyes, you'll appreciate their display shelves of today's specialty appetizers and main courses. The banchan combo is the picturesque pull that brought me in. There was a bit of everything: rice, noodles, miso soup, salad, and many veggies. The fried kale was so tasty and unique. Although proteins are add-ons, they are cooked and seasoned well! Positive feedback was received on the stone bowl bibambop, banchan combo, and fried wings (because you cannot go wrong with Korean wings). Their "vacation" seltzer is so refreshing but sweet, only if you like ginger. It's not for me but my friends liked it enough.

So glad to try this new spot in Fremont after hearing about it since it opened! My friend and I were in the area and ready for brunch, and we both like veggie-friendly food so this place fit the bill. We were excited by all the different menu options and goodies to choose from, but we both ended up getting the Mom's Medley Bibimbop in a stone pot. I also got a tasty iced strawberry matcha latte. We both really liked the dishes, and had the Miso Garlic Tahini sauce on the side. The rice was sizzling hot when it came out and got nice and crunchy! All the veggies were very fresh and my egg was cooked perfectly. We were obsessed with the crunchy fried kale! You can also choose to add on some tofu or meat if you like. I think I'd get a second egg next time for added protein. This place is cafe style where you order at the counter and then take a number and your food is brought out to you. The staff were very helpful and brought out water right away after we sat down. This place was very busy on a Sunday around noon! The line was out the door for a while before we left. I heard that their menu changes throughout the year. I look forward to trying it again soon!

Made in House is very popular! The staff is helpful and kind. The menu is pretty limited, but what they make they make very well. We ordered tempura mushrooms but never got them! The Bibimbop came with an amazing fried kale (see photo). The hibiscus iced tea was awesome. We got seated at a nice corner table and I like that they offer you the option of sitting with another group to speed up your seating -- Yes, it's THAT BUSY here. Another option: get your food to-go and enjoy Fremont. We'd return if there wasn't a line out the door.

This place is all the rage from some of our local Seattleite friends, so we had to give it a try on our last full day in Seattle! Even on a Wednesday, it was crowded with a long line. The menu is a bit pricier than we imagined, but since it's fast-casual there's no tip for table service. We ordered the Daily Banchan Bento and Mom's Medley Bibimbop. Daily Banchan Bento (4/5): This is essentially a sampler plate of an eclectic variety of Korean small dishes, like kale tempura, japchae, kimbop, soft tofu, pickled spicy cucumbers, miso soup, and half a soft-boiled egg. Our choice of protein, gochujang chicken, had a powerful grilled char flavor paired with the sweet heat of the peppery gochujang. While all the small dishes were tasty, everything besides the miso soup is served cold, and I feel like their sum doesn't justify the price of a unified and coherent full entree. I like the presentation though -- each dish is plated in its own unique little plate or bowl, with the egg snugly fitted in an egg-shaped bowl! Mom's Medley Bento (5/5): Wow whoever's mom this is sure knows how to make a banging bibimbop!! The tantalizing chorus of the furiously sizzling ingredients in the stone bowl was a melodious precursor for the deliciousness that was about to ensue. The purple rice forms an irresistibly crispy layer on the bottom of the bowl, serving as the perfect base for all the fresh veggies like broccoli, spinach, and carrots -- the crispy kale tempura is to die for! Our choice of protein was garlic chicken, which was flavorful and well-seasoned. The egg is cooked to the perfect consistency, and the bibimbop sauce isn't too sweet, although the dish could've used more sauce. The stone pot keeps everything satisfyingly hot throughout your entire time eating. Truly the best bibimbop I've ever had! The interior feels homey and welcoming while being minimalistic, modern, and clean. There's a lot of attention to detail in the aesthetics from the plating of the food to the little flowers on the tables, making for some gram-worthy photos. Definitely a must-visit if you're looking for amazing Korean food in Seattle!

Got here right when they opened with my friends. The setup honestly looks like a cafe and pastry shop, but it's not. They do make coffee though. Made in House makes some solid Korean dishes with a focus on bibimbops. I had the stone pot bibimbop with the bulgogi ribeye. They were "sold out" of the spicy pork, but how are you sold out of something when they just opened? Well, regardless, the bibimbop was very good. Wish it came with more sauce though. It could've used more. I'm a bit used to getting a squirt bottle of sauce whenever I have bibimbop I guess. Let me decide how saucy I want it! I felt like they gave me such a small amount. I like how perfectly round the egg was on top. Looked like there was a lot of care in getting that right. They had fried kale in it too which I don't usually see in bibimbops, but I liked it a lot. Worked well for this dish. Anyways, this place satisfied my long overdue craving for a really, so I'm quite content with the food. One of my friends got the japchae which looked really good too. So I'll have to try that next time I'm there. That's right, I'd come back and eat here. It's some quality food.
